Grill*
You can’t hurry a good steak. Our beef is 28-day matured for full flavour and tenderness,
and after cooking to order it is amply rested before being served. The meat is farm-sourced
from within 10 miles, minimising food miles and taking advantage of excellent local produce.
All beef steaks are charred on the grill, roasted with butter, thyme and garlic,
and served with hand-cut chips. Weights given are for the raw cuts.
